A two-storey, 900 m² women's club in Al Lisaili, Dubai, built by Dubai Municipality for the Al Nahda Women's Association, with fitness, wellness, prayer, retail and pool facilities around a landscaped courtyard. The project experience included programme review, claim substantiation, event chronology and contractual analysis.
