Project Description:

Precast concrete works for a hotel on Shura Island, the hub island of Red Sea Global's Red Sea destination on Saudi Arabia's west coast. Solvix carried out forensic delay analysis for the precast works, including a windowed time impact and concurrency analysis across 17 programme updates covering November 2022 to March 2024, in support of the extension-of-time claim.
