Project Description:

STEI8HT is a residential community of about 371 acres in New Cairo developed by LMD, organised into eight gated parcels with villas, twin houses and townhouses. Solvix supported a package of 500 villas, covering programme development, progress control, construction sequencing and reporting while managing interfaces, resources and sectional handovers. A major residential package involving the construction of 500 villas within the Stei8ht development. The assignment required coordination of repetitive villa production while maintaining control over interfaces, resources and sectional handovers. The project experience included programme development, progress control, construction sequencing and reporting support.
