Most Dubai contracts are based on FIDIC 1987, 1999 or 2017 with particular conditions that shorten notice periods or add conditions to entitlement. We read the amended clauses first, then build the claim the contract actually allows.
We work for main contractors, MEP and fit-out subcontractors, developers and Engineers on residential towers, hotels, retail, infrastructure and government projects.
We start with a free 30-minute call to understand the project and the deadline. We then review the contract, programme and records, agree the scope and fee in writing, and deliver the notice, analysis and claim document in the agreed order. Urgent notices can be issued within days.
