Most large construction disputes in the Kingdom are resolved by arbitration under the Saudi Arbitration Law, often at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), or in the commercial courts. Government contract disputes follow their own route. In each, delay evidence must be independent, reproducible and tied to the contract’s own procedure.
