A typical building baseline takes one to two weeks once we have the contract programme requirements, drawings, method statements and procurement dates. Large infrastructure or multi-package projects take longer, and we confirm the timetable before we start.
We record progress and actual dates from site data, update remaining durations, move the data date and reschedule. The report compares the update with the baseline and the previous month and sets out the critical path, float changes, delayed activities and any events that may need a delay notice.
Yes. We offer a free P6 schedule health check based on the DCMA 14-point assessment, with the findings sent within two working days. If the schedule needs work, we quote for the corrections separately.
Yes. We build and update schedules in Microsoft Project and Asta Powerproject, and convert schedules between P6 and Microsoft Project when the employer and contractor use different software.
Yes. We keep the accepted baseline and each monthly update as separate records, flag delay events as they happen, and add fragnets for time impact analysis. This gives you the contemporaneous programme evidence an EOT claim needs.
